UI Architect
Are you interested in a UI Architect or Front-End Architect position in Bangalore? As a UI Architect in Pattem Digital, you will drive the future of front-end development within the company by rolling out innovative micro-frontend architecture. This is such a crucial role because it enables independent standalone high-quality applications to be delivered by multiple teams working on large products without any friction with each other. You will design a holistic UI framework that is primarily designed as modular and reusable so that teams can build components, and then reuse them hundreds of times across projects.
The approach hastens the development time but enhances maintainability and scalability. Working with UI Architect leads, you will facilitate the discussion to create an overall vision for the user interface across product lines. Your ability to harmonize design principles with the technical standards of each team will help in a balanced user experience while yet allowing the uniqueness of each team. You will also advocate the best practices, be a mentor to team members, and lead workshops that contribute to this culture of continuous improvement.

Get to know the responsibilities:
At least 10-16 years of experience in component-based architecture, preferably in technologies like React, Redux, Vue, or similar frameworks.
More than 6 years of hands-on experience in the development of enterprise-level JavaScript web applications.
With at least 6 months of experience in front-end development of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
Proficient in UI design, architectural concepts, and design patterns.
Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale JavaScript application architectures for at least 3 years.
Skilled in JavaScript, architectural diagrams, design patterns, and integrating APIs.
Have 4-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
In-depth knowledge of web service technologies, unit testing, CI/CD processes, and web performance optimization techniques.
Advanced proficiency in building systems such as Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, etc., and a strong understanding of security practices.
Take ownership of front-end architecture, actively participate in UX (user experience) design, and conduct thorough code reviews.
Prioritize software qualities like flexibility, scalability, security, and reusability.
Produce detailed design documentation, ensure adherence to development standards, and provide support to engineering teams.
Engage in prototyping and continuously enhance development processes.
Establish and maintain performance criteria for projects and promote collaboration among teams to improve code sharing, optimize website performance, and accelerate time-to-market.
Skills:
A distinguished candidate should have 10-16 years of relevant experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BE, or an equivalent area is necessary.
Exceptional knowledge and communication abilities are paramount.
