As a successful SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for the following: Configuring and supporting the SAP Finance and Controlling module in the ECC 6.0 New GL environment. Experience in executing SAP business processes, with design, configuration, and testing of project and production support scenarios is what an ideal candidate should have.
Analytical skills, deep understanding of the benefits offered by SAP FICO, high proficiency in the modules of SAP FICO, and business acumen are all or some of the accompanying requirements that come along with expertise in SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve production issues and service requests by users through a ticketing system.
Plan and implement changes in system configuration, which may include an integration test of modules and systems in confluence with business users.
Work with the business user and management for process optimization of businesses.
Provide user education and training on the rationale and methods behind process transactions.
Independently design and configure solutions to meet complex business standards. ts within the S/4 FI and CO areas while adhering to global standards.
Manage all project phases, from analysis and design maintenance. to testing, deployment, and post-production support and maintenance.
Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices for delivering stable, reliable, and highly available solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to lead formal and informal presentations and workshops for management at various levels.
Showcase expertise in SAP FI FSCM, covering credit, collections, dispute management, accounts receivable (including payment cards), accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger.
Capable of making complex analytical work by directly working together with the business partners in specifying requirements into functional designs that contain technical specifications.
Demonstrate ability to rapidly understand requirements and anticipate future needs through alternative feasible solutions.
He should possess knowledge of the SAP technical landscape, configuration, and cross-integration in at least two major SAP modules.
Knowledge of consolidations and central finance is advantageous.
Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation within a team setting.
At least 3 years experience in managing SAP projects
Extremely strong background in SAP CO, including profit center accounting, profitability analysis, cost center accounting, and internal orders.
Experience or training in the S/4 Hana FICO environment plus.
Experiences with S/4 Hana Finance and Material Ledger are a plus.
