Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to engage with potential candidates is required.
  • Your goal is to establish connections with professionals across various niche platforms, including Stack Overflow and GitHub.
  • Ensure the accuracy of candidate data, both internal and external, to support real-time staffing systems.
  • Competence in sourcing tasks from existing portals is essential.
  • Collaboration with Engineering leaders and hiring managers is a fundamental aspect of the role.
  • Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, sending follow-up emails to candidates, and managing referrals from internal and external networks.
  • Proactively anticipate future hiring needs and source potential candidates for our team.
  • Introduce additional activities such as marketing, external branding, and sourcing efforts to attract top talent.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social networks like LinkedIn and handling professional sites and resume databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are highly desirable.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions concurrently.
  • Previous experience in non-traditional sourcing and marketing activities is a plus.
  • Experience in event coordination is preferred.
  • Strong database management and record-keeping skills.
  • A basic undergraduate degree with a solid understanding of technical roles is a mandatory requirement.
