Pattem Digital is looking for a Sourcing Specialist who can support the endeavors of our recruiting team. The team should be capable of integrating into sourcing talent attraction strategies. They should be responsible for helping reduce the time we take to hire (TAT). They should optimize the entire hiring cost. They should be responsible for placing all the qualified and deserving candidates quickly.

Know your work:

  • You should know how to use social media platforms when you want to connect with the right team of potential candidates
  • Your target should be to build a connection with several professionals on various niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub
  • It would be best if you looked after maintaining more accurate internal as well as external candidate data meant to serve the staffing systems in real-time
  • You should know how to handle sourcing tasks from the existing portals.
  • Collaboration with Engineering heads and hiring managers is a must
  • Take care that you  schedule interviews and send emails while you follow up with all the candidates
  • Handle all the referrals you receive from both your internal and external networks
  • Foresee all future hiring requirements and proactively source all potential hires with our team
  • Introduce more activities such as marketing, external branding, and sourcing activities to attract every top talent

What you need to apply:

  • You should be familiar with all the social networks such as LinkedIn, how to deal with professional sites as well as resume databases
  • Candidates with stellar written and verbal communication skills are preferred
  • They should have a prominent time-management skill set with a solid ability to handle several open positions at a time
  • They should have past experience in handling all the non-traditional sourcing as well as marketing activities
  • Experience in event handling would be given preference
  • The candidate should be good at managing the database as well as record-keeping
  • A Basic UG degree with a strong understanding of technical roles  is mandatory
