Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Experience in Siebel CRM technology for more than 4 years, with hands-on technical expertise.
Associate-level skills:
Proficiency in Siebel EIM, including a strong grasp of the Siebel Data Model and the ability to create EIM Data Integration Jobs.
Competency in standard housekeeping activities, such as configuration, simple workflows, and scripting.
Familiarity with Informatica Powercenter, including the creation of new Informatica mappings, workflows, and DAC.
A solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, encompassing Fact Tables, Dimension tables, and their relationships.
Basic knowledge of OBIEE.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and the creation of complex queries.
Consultant-level skills:
Extensive experience as a technical consultant, working in various client environments, including
greenfield and existing deployments.
Expertise in translating business requirements into Siebel solutions and implementing them.
Design and development of integration interfaces using various Siebel-provided platforms.
Effective interaction with customer business users to understand their requirements and propose solution approaches.
Skilled in troubleshooting applications by analyzing log files to identify the root causes of issues, including performance, crashes, and unexpected behavior.
Proficient in Siebel CRM administration tasks, such as monitoring server status and managing disk space.
Competent in housekeeping tasks, including configuration, workflows, and scripting.
