Siebel CRM / ETL Consultant Job

We are seeking a skilled Siebel EIM/ETL consultant to join our team. As a Siebel EIM/ETL consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying EIM/ETL processes to integrate data between Siebel CRM and other systems. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that data is integrated and available for use by the Siebel CRM system and other systems in the organization.

Siebel EIM/ETL Job Description:

  • Technical consultant working at various client green fields or existing deployment.
  • Translating business requirements into Siebel solutions and development.
  • Designing/developing of integration interface using various Siebel-provided platforms.
  • Interacting with customer business users in understanding business requirements and suggesting solution approaches.
  • Troubleshooting applications by reviewing various log files and identifying the root cause of reported problems e.g. performance, crash, unexpected behaviour etc.
  • Siebel CRM administration tasks e.g. troubleshooting server status, disk space management. Proficient in housekeeping task like configuration, workflows, and scripting.

Technical Skills Requirement:

  • Hands on technical experience of more than 4 years in Siebel CRM technology.
  • Person must have following skills in addition to the one listed for associate and consultant:
    • Experience in independently owning a Siebel module, or major chunk of business requirements.
    • Experience in reviewing logs files and troubleshooting unexpected Siebel applicationbehaviour e.g. performance issues, crash etc.
    • Development of complex integration interface and workflows.
    • Experience in working with signals, data maps, user properties.
  • Associate to have minimum following skills:
    • Siebel EIM . Good understanding of Siebel Data Model.Creating EIM Data Integration Jobs.
    • Standard housekeeping activities e.g. configuration, simple workflows, scriptingc. Informatica Powercenter. Create new informatica mappings, Workflows and DAC
    • Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts. Fact Table, Dimension table and relationships.
    • Basic OBIEE knowledge.
    • PL/SQL and complex query creation.
    • Basic Siebel administration.

What we need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Siebel EIM/ETL development
  • Proficiency in Siebel Tools, Informatica PowerCenter, or Oracle Data Integrator
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Mode- Work from the office
