Pattem’s team is actively seeking an individual for SAP ERP Developer Jobs to enhance the team’s capabilities. We’re looking for an SAP ERP Specialist, a seasoned ERP Technical Resource with substantial SAP experience.
The SAP ERP Developer will play a pivotal role, supporting Pattem Digital’s product units in SAP and contributing to SAP Integration teams involved in transitioning business units from other ERP solutions to SAP.

Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business to define SAP functional requirements, develop solutions, and support implementation.
Identify and prioritize gaps between current processes and industry best practices.
Implement quick wins to showcase expertise and deliver immediate value.
Document functional changes and process updates.
Establish Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with the business.
Coordinate with third-party solution providers for efficient solutions.
Work closely with the development team for timely complex solutions.
Maintain communication with IT, analytical staff, business partners, and leadership.
Need 5-10 years of SAP application development experience.
Minimum 6 years developing SAP solutions, preferably in manufacturing and sales.
Expertise in AP, AR, Sales, Billing, and Procurement within SAP is highly desired.
Proven ability to apply theoretical knowledge practically.
Strong skills in Net Weaver and Service-Oriented Architecture.
Familiarity with SAP ERP data and tables.
Collaborative team-player approach.
Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., IT, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics).
Relevant certifications are a plus.
