Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable code.
  • Integrate data storage solutions.
  • Combine user-facing components with back-end logic.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
  • 4-10 years of software development experience, specializing in design, scripting, and unit testing, with a focus on large-scale database-driven applications.
  • 1-4 years of Ruby on Rails experience, including knowledge of RSpec and Rescue libraries.
  • Strong command of Ruby’s syntax.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful concepts.
  • Proficiency in writing clean Ruby code, with a solid grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Ability to integrate various data sources into a unified system.
  • Knowledge of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
  • Proficiency in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Skilled in using code versioning tools.
  • Experience in system architecture or team leadership is a valuable asset.
