Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Establishing, maintaining, or enhancing the RPA CoE platform using various tools and technologies.
Taking responsibility for technical design, development, and maintenance of RPA applications and components, and contributing to technical strategy discussions.
Designing RPA components and interfaces based on business requirements.
Developing high-quality code to support technical architecture and design.
Participating in an effective software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
Estimating time and resources for software development efforts.
Incorporating accurate unit testing practices into development processes.
Leading development teams, providing guidance on small, medium, or large-size project deliverables, and collaborating with product managers/Scrum Master and other functions.
In-depth knowledge of top automation tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
Proficiency in software development using languages like C#, C++, Java, .NET, VB.NET, etc.
Basic familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, VB Script, or similar.
Expertise in object-oriented programming concepts and languages.
Previous experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL).
Knowledge of the RPA lifecycle and automation production preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving, logical, and analytical skills.
Knowledge or experience with AI and Machine Learning is advantageous.
