Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
In the role of our Technical Project Manager, you will assume responsibility for achieving revenue, accrual, gross margin, billing, and collection targets.
This includes crafting and submitting budget proposals, as well as recommending budget adjustments when necessary.
You will be entrusted with ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving favorable CSAT ratings, in addition to managing customer relationships and providing project updates to stakeholders.
You will actively support pre-sale activities, including scoping, proof of concept (POC) or demo, and proposal preparation.
Your role will also involve overseeing generic middleware APIs compatible with web and mobile applications. Proficiency in project management software, preferably Redmine or OpenProj, is expected.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and the project is closed in an organized manner.
Seek opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Ensure that the project adheres to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
