Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough case-related research to navigate relevant laws and regulations and negotiate on behalf of our company.
Interpret and draft firm contracts and legal documents.
Oversee compliance related to these documents for clients and vendors in your role as the Legal Manager.
Develop and maintain necessary policies and documents for internal and external use.
Prepare and present arguments and counter-arguments in a court of law.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with the company’s clients and vendors during legal proceedings.
Address the needs of all stakeholders, from senior colleagues to clients and vendors.
Provide detailed progress reports on cases, emphasizing the importance of verbal communication.
Possess the required certifications as a legal associate.
Hold the necessary state license for your work as a Finance and Legal Associate.
