Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:

  • As our experienced UI Lead in Bangalore, your core responsibilities include comprehensive component design, SDLC management, and implementing essential platform features.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, emphasizing the creation of reusable, robust front-end components, and you’ll also be responsible for maintaining and future-proofing the platform’s front-end assets.
  • Your expertise should encompass developing large-scale interactive web applications using technologies like HTML, Typescript, Angular or React, JavaScript, and CSS. Proficiency in back-end services and API development, leveraging your knowledge of relational databases and web servers, is crucial.
  • Your role extends to gathering and translating business requirements into technical solution designs, ensuring they align with specific project needs.
  • Ideal candidates for our UI Lead positions in Bengaluru should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software design, algorithm-based solutions, and web-based front-end product development, with strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • You should be adept at JavaScript coding and proficient in programming languages like Angular, React, Ember Data, Redux, Vue, Meteor, Mocha, jQuery, Sinon, Gulp, Grunt, Webpack, Browserify, and Grommet.
  • Competence in creating RESTful APIs following internet standards, including JSON and XML, is expected.
  • Your expertise should include working with HTML5 APIs, covering elements like Video/Audio, Local Storage, History, and Canvas Animation.
  • You should be capable of designing and deploying applications to public/private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google.
  • Proficiency in Git for source control, command-line applications on both Linux and Windows, and familiarity with front-end testing frameworks is essential.
  • A working knowledge of native HTML DOM, Event APIs, and JavaScript engines like V8, Rhino, and SpiderMonkey is essential.
  • While experience in server-side languages like Java and NodeJS is preferred, it’s not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the Atomic design paradigm is a valuable asset.
  • An understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines is preferred, and a primary degree in Computer Science is mandatory for this role.
