Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
- 4 years IT experience as a SAP Hybris Consultant.
- Proficiency in Hybris components like Hybris Service Layer, DAOs, Model Service, Interceptors, accelerators, extensions, custom tables, and structures.
- 2 years working with Hybris eCommerce products and integrating them with SAP & Data Hub.
- Strong knowledge in business systems integration analysis, including aspects like CART and CHECKOUT, Product Cockpit, Import Cockpit, Omni Commerce Connect [OCC]-Web Services, Third Party Integrations, Hot Folder, Process Engine, WCMS, Cron Jobs, Data Modeling, and Impex.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Security, ApacheJSF, Structs, and Jenkins. Proficient in J2EE design patterns.
- 2 years experience with Application servers like JBOSS, Tomcat, Weblogic, and WebSphere.
- 2 years of practical experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, SAP HANA) and web services (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON).
- 2 years of participation in Agile methodology projects, including Sprint experience.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the software development life cycle, design, and architecture review.
- Ability to effectively work in diverse, multi-stakeholder team environments.
- Responsibilities as a SAP Hybris Consultant include coordinating SAP Hybris solutions to enhance business functionality and efficiency.
- Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in deliverables.
- Engaging in business analysis to educate stakeholders on system implementation, identify scope gaps, and propose workarounds.
- Expertise in the practical use of SAP Hybris Commerce, its administrative tools, and SAP Hybris Accelerators.
- Leading discussions with clients to map business requirements to the SAP Hybris platform.
- Consultations with client stakeholders on Omni-channel-specific business topics.
- Proficiency in understanding SAP Hybris data structures and facilitating data model discussions.
- Performing gap analysis to align business requirements with out-of-the-box (OOB) features and designing necessary configurations, customizations, extensions, and interfaces.
- Supporting the recruitment of high-potential associates to build a high-performing team.
- Prioritizing customer engagement and staying updated on evolving business needs and customer technology landscapes.
