Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:

Prior experience in HR, training, or employee-related roles is beneficial.
In-depth knowledge of HR and employment laws is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field.
