HR Specialist Job Description

  • As an HR Specialist, you should shoulder responsibilities for handling and maintaining confidential information;

  • Handle improvement systems and performance management
  • Manage and administer HR plans for every employee

  • Ability to handle regulatory compliance ​and reporting, employee relationship management, orientation, training, and development
