Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:

  • Managing and safeguarding confidential information.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in social media, particularly in candidate recruitment via platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Conducting effective interviews
  • Overseeing employee benefits
    Developing and implementing manager and employee training programs
  • Analyzing HR performance metrics related to employee headcount and retention rates
  • Promoting team morale and corporate culture
  • Administering performance management and improvement systems
  • Managing HR plans for all employees
  • Developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures
  • Assisting in writing evaluations and making decisions to achieve departmental goals
  • Maintaining internal records with a focus on confidentiality
  • Handling regulatory compliance and reporting, employee relationship management, orientation, training, and development
  • Managing employee orientation, development, and training, policy development, documentation, employee safety, employee relationship management, welfare, and wellness education
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge required for the role of a Senior HR Specialist or HR Specialist
  • A solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations
  • Awareness of OSHA compliance and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Profound understanding of compliance and personnel records management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Maintaining high levels of confidentiality in various processes
  • Holding a basic Bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources
