  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Holds a BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Serves as a bridge between management and employees, handling requests and grievances
  • Oversees recruitment and selection processes to foster an engaged workforce
  • Implements strategic systems and procedures
  • Manages performance evaluations and compensation programs
  • Evaluates and supervises training initiatives
