HR Admin Job Description:

  • You would involve in organizing and maintaining your personnel records as our HR/Admin
  • Your primary task would involve updating internal databases such as maternity leave or sick records
  • You would prepare HR documents on several verticals such as new hire guides
    and employment contracts
  • Formation and maintenance of employee records would be your responsibility
  • You would prepare and amend where you might involve necessary HR documents, such as recruitment guides and employee handbooks
  • You are going to be the first point of contact for any employee or HR-related queries
  • You would assist with payroll-related tasks by providing your department with the necessary employee information, such as sick days and holidays
  • We would require your hand in supporting all the jobs internally, right from processing expenses to travel
  • You would handle liaising with external partners such as insurance vendors,
  • You would ensure that legal compliance-related jobs are held on properly as our HR Recruiter

What you need to apply:

  • Prior experience as an HR admin executive assistant or HR administrator
  • Understanding several HR software systems, such as HRMS
  • A computer geek with knowledge in programs like excel, word, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a prioritizing ability
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills to join as our HR Recruiter
  • BBA in Human Resources or a related field is the essential criteria for any HR Admin job in Bangalore
