Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Proficiency in enhancing and developing Cognos frameworks.
Capable of creating reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Cognos, including Analysis Studio, Query Studio, and Framework Manager.
Experience in generating ad hoc reports for Business Intelligence and external clients.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse Architecture, including source system analysis, data issue identification, data profiling, and development of normalized and physical schemas (star-snowflake).
Effective teamwork and collaboration with different organizational groups.
Strong communication skills for discussing information requirements with management and the technical community.
Ability to contribute to an information library for information sharing within and outside the department.
Skill in developing and maintaining documentation for reports, dashboards, and scorecards throughout the development lifecycle.
Capability to design a portal framework aligned with the project roadmap.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cognos, Business Intelligence, and database technologies.
Proficiency in advanced report development using Cognos 8.x and 10.x tools, including Report Studio, Query Studio, Framework Manager, and Analysis Studio.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for immediate Cognos Developer openings in Bangalore.
Experience with analytics, databases, and data access/programming tools such as Business Objects, SAS, Cognos, or Crystal Reports.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions, especially in large organizations.
Experience in project planning and working closely with project managers.

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, business, or a related field.
