In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing our data pipeline architecture. You’ll focus on optimizing data flow and collection to cater to the needs of cross-functional teams.

To excel as a Big Data Architect or Senior Big Data Architect, you should be self-motivated and adept at fulfilling the data requirements of various teams, systems, and products. We are seeking candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience, and Senior Big Data Architects will also be involved in Research and Development efforts.

Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:

  • 6+ years of comprehensive IT experience, primarily in Java (including Core Java, J2EE, Java collections, and Java Multithreading). Additionally, 4+ years of substantial experience in the realm of Big Data, encompassing Map Reduce, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume, Kafka, Impala, Hadoop, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and HBase. Proficient in concurrency concepts and multi-threading.
  • Designing advanced big-data-system architectures for the future.
  • Overseeing the development and deployment of Hadoop applications.
  • Collaborating closely with infrastructure, network, database, application, and business intelligence teams to ensure data quality and availability.
  • Performance optimization of Hadoop clusters and Map Reduce routines.
  • Developing scalable web services for efficient data tracking.
  • Conducting real-time data analytics and batch processes.
  • Providing expert guidance on Big Data concepts and technologies, emphasizing the business potential of real-time analysis.
  • Translating intricate technical and functional requirements into detailed designs.
  • Prioritizing safety and security in all operations.
  • Demonstrating a security-first approach.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in effective written and verbal communication.
