Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Managing customer accounts, involving contract negotiations for profitability optimization.
Proficiency in Accounting Provision and Accruals Billing.
Understanding commercial aspects and Contract Revenue Recognition.
Ensuring customer invoicing aligns with commercial terms, specifically ISOW (Invoice Start of Work).
Handling various elements like T&M, Fixed Price, Fixed Fee, and cost analysis for billable and non-billable expenses within project codes.
Familiarity with crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including COR, DOR, and CM.
Utilizing tools like Time card, GFS, Concur, N2k, BO, and more.
Managing intercompany invoicing between legal entities and coordinating with the support Business team for pending invoicing and closure.
Conducting analysis and corrective actions for outstanding issues.
Understanding processes such as Intercompany settlement and dispute resolution.
Ensuring quality deliverables for the controlling team before the month-end closure.
Collaborating with various teams, such as Product Management, R&D, Developers, QA, Support teams, Performance Experts, Architects, and Account Management teams.
Troubleshooting and resolving application issues related to financial markets software.
Managing patch delivery on an on-demand basis.
Developing and enriching domain and technical knowledge within the team.
To be eligible for the Account Manager role at Pattem, you should have 4-7 years of experience in IT and vertical industries, including roles like Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Senior Accounts Manager, or similar positions.
Your qualifications should include demonstrable communication, presentation, and influential skills, along with hands-on issue resolution capability.
Effective collaboration in complex organizational environments is essential, with the ability to manage multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong attributes like listening, negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills are vital.
You should also display a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Sciences is anticipated.
