UX Researcher

Pattem Digital is hiring experienced UX researchers who work daily, are personable, and are endowed with the right experience. As a UX Researcher, you will be highly valuable to the definition of our products, including the views of users within the design and development processes. To ensure our solution best suits user needs and business objectives, you will communicate and liaise with our users and our product teams.

Multiple types of research including interviews, surveys, user testing, and data analysis will be designed and executed. You will get actionable insights by gathering and analyzing user feedback that drives iterative design improvements. Therefore, clear, compelling narratives will be needed to synthesize complex data to work out ways of presenting findings back to stakeholders as well as drive decision-making.

In addition to doing research, you will be an advocate for user-centered design principles around the organization, helping teams understand empathy in a design process. Keeping in line with industry trends and best practices will empower you to bring fresh perspectives to our projects, enhancing our overall approach to user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user personas for making design decisions
  • All products and services have to fulfill the specific needs of a user, together with engaging business goals.
  • Be an advocate for a user-centered approach throughout the lifecycle of a product.
  • Organize and conduct usability tests and collect opinions from the users
  • Work closely with the design team to try out the designs before finalizing those that work well
  • Being up-to-date with the best industry monitoring trends keeps you innovative.
  • It is empathizing and effective communication.
  • This will bridge the gap in terms of users and product teams.
  • Always gather and integrate user feedback for adequate user satisfaction and usability.

Skills:

  • Candidates are expected to possess a minimum of 6-8 years of distinguished experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BE, or a related discipline is essential.
  • Robust knowledge and exemplary communication skills are vital.
  • Ability to flourish in a rapidly changing and demanding environment is necessary.

Location: Bangalore [Office/Remote]
