Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:

  • Identify the staffing requirements of the company as our TA Specialist
  • Create the selection criteria for our future candidates
  • Acquire potential joiners through various online channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri, etc.)
  • Create a roadmap of interview schedules, processes, and interview structure
  • Conduct assessments and in-person interviews with the prospective hiring
  • Use the Application Tracking System and update the candidate details in it
  • Create job descriptions, interview questions, etc. for each vacancy
  • Spearhead the company’s branding initiatives
  • Organize, oversee, and participate in recruitment drives and job fairs
  • Forecast and plan the hiring requirements for each quarter
  • Be helpful in your approach and form a professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Expert in sourcing leads from social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Knowledge of numerous interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Great interpersonal and written communication skills
  • A knack for details and a good understanding of technical requirements for different roles
  • BSc or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management

Skills:

  • The right professional should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in his concerned field.
  • Requires B.Tech, BE, or equivalent any area bachelor’s degree.
  • A good knowledge and communication skills is a must.
  • Preferable comfort with a fast-moving and dynamic environment at work.

Location: Bangalore [Office/Remote]
