A lead generation specialist job plays a very important role in enhancing our inbound lead generation and increasing lead sources. They would focus on developing a strong inbound lead acquisition strategy with diversified leads. Pattem has a great opportunity in this lead generation specialist position in Bangalore. Familiarization of  Responsibilities:

  • Increase the volume of lead generation channels through increased guided content and channels, along with optimizing touch points.
  • Lead generation strategies will be designed to feed through to the sales team’s outbound processes.
  • Coordinate with the content team in producing high-conversion content that helps rank higher on the search results using company-specific keywords.
  • Direct mail, email, and content marketing campaigns dominate digital lead-building to make effective management of landing pages, calls, emails, CTAs, and content possible.
  • Implement lead management programs to accelerate prospect progression through the demand generation sales funnel.
  • Optimize lead generation processes to increase ROI and generate the necessary traffic.
  • Lead scores and metrics build over the work with analytics.
  • Manages a team of digital marketers, email marketers, and lead generation experts.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Has experience in campaign execution strategy, particularly in direct mail marketing and email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
  • Capable of handling the management of the sales funnel with marketing teams and optimizing conversion tracking
  • Possesses skills in research as well as troubleshooting marketing issues.
  • Manages various social media platforms.
  • Curious by nature, with a keen interest in the optimization of marketing.
  • A passion for continued learning and development.

Skills:

  • 3+ years of lead generation experience
  • B.E/B. Tech in computer science, and postgraduate or more in marketing, business administration, and related fields.
  • Good understanding of MS Word and Excel
  • Skill and expertise in communication
  • Management tool understanding and CRM
