Pattem Digital is hiring experienced human resources business partners who work daily, are personable, and are endowed with the right experience. In this capacity, you will be a consultant and address concerns from management at all levels of the company on HR matters. Your duties will include effective communication and driving change.
Also, you should have the ability to balance the needs of the employees with the objectives of the business and, in that role as our HR Business Partner (HRBP), be a facilitator of integral solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate and address HR-related needs.
Collaborate with department management to create contracts for personnel changes.
Identify training requirements and develop relevant programs.
Offer daily HR guidance by consulting with management.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
Enhance work relationships, productivity, retention, and morale by collaborating with employees and management.
Provide input on HR business partner strategies, and also the candidate should analyze data to inform business decisions.
Build partnerships to bridge gaps between employees and management.
Maintain a strong awareness of the organization’s culture, plans, financial position, and business units.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the legal department when necessary.
Interpret HR policies and their implications for company management.

Skills:
8+ years of experience is needed and should be able to handle companies’ business policies.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in human resource management and 3+ years of experience in HRBP is required.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of HR and employment laws.
