Get to Know about your Responsibilities:
Implementation of new integrations based on customer requirements.
Development and execution of updates and fixes.
Providing level 2 technical support.
Development of new tools aimed at enhancing the customer experience and minimizing errors.
Software solutions on backend systems building.
Root Cause Analyses on Production Issue Creation.
Building of troubleshooting systems and procedures designing.
Good knowledge of Ruby or Python.
Skills:
Degree in Btech or BE, or relevant experience.
Have an experience of 6–8 years.
In-depth investigation and resolution of technical challenges.
Automation of visualization tasks using your scripting skills.
Familiarity with databases such as SQL.
