Get to Know about your Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of new integrations based on customer requirements.
  • Development and execution of updates and fixes.
  • Providing level 2 technical support.
  • Development of new tools aimed at enhancing the customer experience and minimizing errors.
  • Software solutions on backend systems building.
  • Root Cause Analyses on Production Issue Creation.
  • Building of troubleshooting systems and procedures designing.
  • Good knowledge of Ruby or Python.

Skills:

  • Degree in Btech or BE, or relevant experience.
  • Have an experience of 6–8 years.
  • In-depth investigation and resolution of technical challenges.
  • Automation of visualization tasks using your scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with databases such as SQL.
