Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
You should have 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting websites using Adobe
Experience Manager and related web technologies as an experienced AEM developer.
An additional advantage would be experience in Sightly (HTL), Core Java/J2EE (JSP + Servlets).
Familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot is a plus.
Proficiency in development toolsets, including Git or SVN, Maven, Jira, and Atlassian Bamboo or Jenkins.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience in a test-driven development environment is beneficial for the role of a Full Stack AEM
Developer.
Practical experience in software development on Linux/Unix/Mac OS-based systems would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior AEM Developer, your role focuses on technical responsibilities, and your day-to-day activities include:
Working on project development or supporting projects and implementing fixes for application support projects using the mentioned technologies from the experience section.
Collaborating with the Team Lead to discuss critical issues and determine the implementation approach for issue resolution.
Releasing fixes on QA and UAT using automation tools.
Coordinating with the Release Manager for production releases.
Conducting code reviews and refactoring fixes.
Maintaining professionalism in terms of code quality, performance, maintainability, and reusability.
Accurately estimating work stream-related activities in collaboration with the Team Lead or
Project Manager and reporting anticipated deviations promptly.
Ensuring that work is completed as per the project plan/timeline shared by the Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
Providing regular updates on tasks to the Team Lead, Project Manager, or Service Delivery Manager, enabling them to manage client expectations effectively.
