As an SAP FICO Specialist, your role will involve configuring and supporting the SAP Finance and Controlling module in the ECC 6.0 New GL environment. An ideal candidate should have experience in executing SAP business processes, including design, configuration, and testing, both in project and production support scenarios. This role requires analytical skills, a deep understanding of the benefits of using SAP FICO, proficiency in SAP FICO modules, business acumen, and expertise in SAP solutions. Your objective is to seamlessly integrate SAP technology into the business environment to achieve our business goals.

Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Address and resolve production issues and service requests from users via ticketing systems.
Plan and execute system configuration changes, including module and system integration testing in collaboration with business users.
Collaborate with business users and management to optimize business processes.
Provide user education and training on the rationale and methods behind processes and transactions.
Independently design and configure solutions to meet complex business requirements within the S/4 FI and CO areas while adhering to global standards.
Manage all project phases, from analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-production support and maintenance.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of best practices for delivering stable, reliable, and highly available solutions.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation within a team setting.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops for various management levels.
Showcase expertise in SAP FI FSCM, covering Credit, Collections, Dispute Management, Accounts Receivable (including Payment Cards), Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
Exhibit strong skills in SAP CO, including Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Capably handle complex analytical tasks by collaborating directly with business partners to translate requirements into functional designs with technical specifications.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp requirements and anticipate potential future needs, providing alternative viable solutions.
Possess sound knowledge of the SAP technical landscape, configuration, and cross-integration in at least two major SAP modules.
Preferably, have experience with S/4 Hana Finance and Material Ledger.
Knowledge of Consolidations and Central Finance is advantageous.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing SAP projects.
Experience or training in the S/4 Hana FICO environment is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
