Design Program Manager – Creative Cloud
Pattem Digital is actively searching for a Design Program Manager to join their team in Bangalore, particularly for Program Manager roles within the Design Team. As a Design Program Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the design and user experiences we deliver are exceptional.
In this position, your responsibility goes beyond traditional program management. You’ll be establishing trust and forging strong working relationships with your cross-functional peers. This collaborative approach is essential because, as a design program manager, you’ll need to not only understand but also effectively communicate and manage the delivery of top-tier design and user experiences. This role is about more than just coordinating tasks; it’s about creating a cohesive and innovative design ecosystem within the Creative Cloud business.
Familiarize Yourself with Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to foster effective teamwork.
Prioritize design and development tasks, especially when dealing with multiple interdependencies.
Team up closely with the Design Manager to efficiently oversee designers’ schedules.
Strategically balance and address the varied priorities and requirements coming from cross-functional teams.
Gather and document requirements and objectives while also leading tasks to successful completion.
Ensure transparent communication of project and program progress to relevant stakeholders.
You must have accumulated over 5 years of pertinent experience exclusively within technology product organizations in the role of a Design Program Manager.
Possessing a Strategic Design Management degree from the National Institute of Design (NID) would be advantageous.
Demonstrate a sincere passion for user experience and design, coupled with a solid understanding of the design process.
Exhibit excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Display strong capabilities in conflict resolution and negotiation.
